Delicious crackers made by Carol LeValley & Josh Harris. As far as we can tell, it’s one of the only companies making handmade sourdough flatbread. Their crackers rise slowly, and ferment like bread. The flavors specifically complement cheese. Ingredients remain strictly local, organic when possible as well as globally sourced.
