Founded in 2009 by Bernard Schimmel out of Barrie, Ontario. Through the process of forest management, Bernard selects portions of trees that are uniquely and irregularly shaped. The natural shapes, holes, curves and live edges provide the artistry which defines The Canadian Cheese Boards.
