Ottercreek Woodworks
Ottercreek Woodworks charcuterie boards are handcrafted by craftsman David Schonberger in Tillsonburg, Ontario. Planks are specifically chosen for their appearance, making each piece truly unique. The natural and organic shapes are enhanced with knots, holes, cracks, and other character features. Each natural imperfection is celebrated, as it accentuates the beauty in each board, and means no two are ever the same.
Ottercreek Woodworks is proud to use only local hardwoods found in the Carolinian zone of Southwestern Ontario. All lumber is ethically sourced through urban removal, wind blow down, dead or diseased trees and sustainable logging practice.
